Pacific Welcomes New Executive Director

Change often brings new opportunities and fresh perspectives, especially when it's guided by someone with a fervent dedication to making a positive impact. We are thrilled to introduce the dynamic new Executive Director of Pacific Partnership, someone who brings not only professional expertise but also a rich tapestry of personal experiences. As the owner and operator of AquariusMediaPro, a successful screen printing company specializing in logo placement on apparel, this leader's creativity and leadership skills are set to breathe new life into the partnership. Join us in welcoming a devoted wife, mother, and community advocate whose journey has led her to Pacific's welcoming embrace, Val Droege.

Meet the driving force behind this new era of Pacific Partnership – a wife and mother of two vibrant teenage daughters deeply involved in their school's band and drama programs within the MVR-III school district. This dedicated mother's commitment to her family and community laid the foundation for her impressive five-year tenure of service with the elementary PTO, high school Band Boosters, and the Girl Scouts. Her tireless dedication is not just a testament to her role as a nurturer but also a testament to her leadership abilities.

With her daughters raised in Villa Ridge, Pacific was a natural choice for her family's hometown. This strong sense of belonging, coupled with her extensive involvement in various community initiatives, uniquely positions her to understand the pulse of Pacific. Her unwavering commitment to her community is the driving force behind her desire to take on this pivotal role in Pacific Partnership.

Drawing upon her experience as the founder of AquariusMediaPro, she brings a wealth of creativity and business acumen to her new role. Specializing in placing logos on a wide array of apparel, her company's success attests to her strategic thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail. These qualities are a testament to her potential to lead Pacific Partnership towards greater success.

With leadership, communication, creativity, and fundraising skills in her arsenal, our new Executive Director is poised to infuse Pacific Partnership with fresh ideas and innovative strategies. Her aspiration to uplift the partnership and the town of Pacific is driven by her steadfast belief in collaboration and empowerment. Her deep community roots will undoubtedly foster connections that yield meaningful change, leaving a lasting legacy of progress and positive transformation.

Joshua Sachs, President of Pacific Partnership, is thrilled to welcome Val on board to the Pacific Partnership staff, saying:

As we embark on this exciting new chapter with the appointment of an exceptional leader, the future of Pacific Partnership looks brighter than ever. With a unique blend of business acumen, community involvement, and an unyielding commitment to fostering positive change, our new Executive Director is primed to guide the partnership into new realms of success.
